EMERALD is the shade of the year according to colour experts Pantone, and since we scoped the S/S Versace Couture show with it’s inky blue and neon green make-up, we can’t get enough of these deep sea shades.
From the darkest colour of the night sky to the shimmering gems of green, using these hues upon your eyes is sure to guarantee a show-stopping look.
At Versace, peepers were swathed in colour by make-up maestro Pat McGrath, but this look can easily be turned into a wearable, everyday look.
Hazel and brown eyes look fantastic with shades of all shades of green, from jade to forest and right through to golden hues.

Use No7′s Stay Precise Liquid Liner in Mermaid as a budget-friendly way to recreate the flash of liquid colour that was run across the lids of the models at the Versace show. Contrast it with a dark midnight blue for the best effect. Buy it here.
